The session took place remotely, which I initially couldn’t believe. Alessandra recommended beforehand that I prepare well: drink plenty of water, settle in a calm and relaxed environment, and simply be open to whatever would come. So, I made myself comfortable—I lit candles, sat down on the sofa with a cup of tea, and enjoyed the time with my baby. We hadn’t specifically discussed which topics would be addressed beforehand, instead, we left everything open and allowed the process to unfold naturally.

Shortly after I sat down, I felt a deep warmth in my body, accompanied by a bright light that enveloped me. It was as if a protective, soothing energy wrapped around me. Even though Alessandra was hundreds of kilometers away, I felt her presence and strength very intensely. It was as if her energy flowed towards me, surrounded me, and gave me a profound sense of security. This state of light and warmth was almost tangible, and I immediately knew: this is Alessandra’s energy reaching me.

During the session, I had insights and visions that allowed me to look deep into my soul. These were not intentional thoughts, but rather intuitive revelations that showed me who I truly am, where my soul comes from, and what my life’s purpose is. This inner clarity, this encounter with my own truth, felt so real, so comforting, and at the same time, so powerful. It was as if I perceived myself at a depth that had previously been hidden from me.

Physically, the experience was also very intense. I felt something flowing through my body, as if blocked energy was being released. It was a kind of cleansing that touched me deeply. What fascinated me most was the feeling of being in a "receptive mode": information about myself, my soul’s path, and my body flowed to me. These realizations felt like a "download," and afterward, I felt incredibly clear and focused.

After the session, Alessandra and I exchanged thoughts, and I was amazed at how accurately she had perceived the energetic states in my body. Without me telling her anything about my physical or emotional issues beforehand, she was able to describe precise details. She spoke about specific parts of my body that I had already identified as problem areas, about blockages and energetic disturbances that I had felt for some time. It was incredible how deeply she had recognized these energetic connections—as if she had looked inside me.

What impressed me most was how consistent her findings were with insights I had already received from other experts, such as my midwife or osteopath. Everything Alessandra saw in her energetic "body scan" matched the observations of these professionals. She was able to precisely describe what processes were happening in my body, where I felt pain and blockages, and what was going on inside me—even though I hadn’t shared any of this information with her beforehand.

This experience showed me how closely the body, emotions, and soul are intertwined. Alessandra’s ability to sense these layers and specifically support healing processes is something truly special. Her energy work not only brought me physical relief but also touched me deeply on an emotional and spiritual level.
